Mr.Vijayaraghavan J
Director - IT

Mr.Vijayaraghavan J is a Master of Computer Application. He has pursued Microsoft Certified Business Analyst (CRM). Vijayaraghavan J is a Strategic, focused, and business oriented enterprise architect with 18+ years of experience in IT. He is a master of establishing productive relationships with partners and customers. He also has experience in creating scalable and innovative software components using modern frameworks, proven methodologies, best practices, and patterns.

He is currently leading a team which is working on Healthcare projects and responsible for integration architecture, SOA, and other aspects of the IT strategic planning.

Mr.Ganesan S
Director - Sales

Mr.Ganesan S has specialization in sales and solution design with IT Infrastructure Architecture and Alliance management proficiency in handling Products and Services and driving the business through Direct End – Customers and Large SI engagements with Channel and Distribution Management experience.

Having a total experience of about 16 years in the area of Sales and Operations, 10 year’s experience in IT Solution Sales and distribution Markets with diversified Business Model from providing IT Infrastructure Architecture specializing in Data and Wireless Networks, End-to-End Information Security solutions and SIEM Architecture along with Services solution sales. He is an experienced team leader with the ability to initiate/manage cross functional teams and multi-disciplinary solution requirements.



Our Technical Team has the responsibities of acting as a link between the client and development team. Technical team works on;

  • Define and coordinate the technical tasks for the development of the software and/or interfaces
  • Assist in budget for internal hardware/software
  • Create/Manage architecture diagrams/plans
  • Work with vendors
  • Serve as the interface between the developers and the project manager
  • Act as a mentor for the developers on the team
  • Has strong technical skills and often develops the architecturally significant components of the software system and/or interfaces
  • Ensure all the developers understand the big picture because their work has implications
  • Know the status of the developer’s work and detect slippage
  • Communicate technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Sponsor by using business terms

  • External Support :
  • Define scope for projects and maintenance activities
  • Manage and report on performance targets
  • Receive enhancement / support requests from Clients and pass to Development / Technical team
  • Update completed requests status to Clients
    Internal Support :
  • Escalate issues, keep informed, advise and receive objectives
  • Determine support requirements and plan for requested changes
  • Agree system installation activities and provide Client feedback on projects
